Session Payment Policy

Your session deposit must be payed within 7 days of deciding a date with Asia. Your session date will be held tentatively until the 7 day mark, when it will be open again for booking.

Please be sure when you are inquiring about a session, you are ready to make the investment.

QHHT SESSION (in-person): C$333 including a $50 deposit on booking

PAST LIFE HYPNOSIS SESSION (online): C$333 paid upfront on booking

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. You can contact me here.


A full refund with exception to a 10% fee for processing can be issued if at least 7 days notice is given for cancellation, or if you are unsatisfied with the session. If less than 7 days notice is given for a cancellation, 50% of the payment will be kept as your cancellation fee, with the rest being refunded.


All QHHT sessions require a $50 deposit upon booking, which is refundable if given 7 days notice of cancellation. If less than 7 days is given, the deposit is non-refundable. *Please note rescheduling is always an option! The remaining $283 is paid after the session is complete, and is non-refundable.


These sessions are currently offered by donation. Once an amount is sent, it is non-refundable, except for accidental cause.

Why is 7 days notice required?

When you book a session, you are booking an entire day on Asia’s schedule. Because of that, the later you cancel, the less time Asia has to fill the day with another appointment. The 7 day policy acts as a security for Asia because of this.
